Welcome to a world of wondrous cuisine

Following a complete refurbishment, we welcome our guests can enjoy Indian cuisine in our contemporary and stylish environment. One thing that has remained is the excellence of our food and the standard of our service. 

Our menu has been redesigned by our new executive chef KK Anand. He is an award-winning chef from India. He has been on numerous culinary shows and most recently, he is famous for training the MasterChef India finalists. He has also been the head chef for Indian and Asian Cuisine at the Olympic Village. With an impressive list of experience at highly acclaimed London restaurants, such as Westminster’s Cinnamon Club & Mint Leaf, local food enthusiasts are excited to welcome him to our restaurant in Crawley. 

KK Anand is inspired to create fresh, wholesome food that is full of flavour, seasonal and, where possible, locally sourced. He enjoys the challenge of developing modern Indian dishes that are contemporary, whilst using high quality products and authentic Indian flavours. 

Our front of house team is led by our new general manager, M Ali. His passion is hospitality started over 20 years. At the beginning of his career he started working in his father’s restaurant for 2 years before venturing out to work in high end established restaurants such as Roast, Cinnamon Club and Tamarind where he has broadened much of his knowledge and experience and now hopes to bring excitement and flare to this place to eat in Crawley.
